Door To Door
Many coach companies offer a series of pick up points and feed these coaches on to your actual holiday coach. This can mean serious delays and roundabout routes before you even begin your holiday. Do you need the inconvenience?
At Jay & Kay Coach Tours we are proud to offer a DOOR TO DOOR taxi service on all of our holidays.
This is a unique service in our local area. WE will book a taxi to pick you up from your home and advise you approximatley 7 days before your holiday of the time. This taxi will take you to the coach, sometimes via another address en-route. Your coach will be ready and waiting for you to board as soon as your taxi arrives at Hall Place. When all the other passengers have arrived, the coach departs for your holiday and does not pick up anywhere else. Upon your return from your holiday, a taxi will collect you at Hall Place to take you home.
Occasionally a taxi can be delayed. Please do not panic, the coach will NOT depart without you, as our drivers are expecting you.
In the event that your taxi hasn’t arrived within 15 MINUTES of your designated pick up time, please call our office on 01322 522400. If your call is out of hours, PLEASE LISTEN TO THE ANSWERPHONE MESSAGE UNTIL THE END, where a mobile phone number will be given for you to contact.
